The internship is only part of the story.
One of the many things that makes ExxonMobil’s Community Summer Jobs program so worthwhile is its combination of real-world experience and networking and development opportunities.
In order to participate, prospective interns must:
- Be a currently enrolled, undergraduate student who will be returning to college as a full-time (12 credit hours) sophomore, junior, or senior in the fall of 2016.
- Submit written enrollment verification from their college or university confirming their enrollment status to Volunteer Houston.
- Family members of selected agency board and/or staff are not eligible to be hired as ExxonMobil Community Summer Job Program interns for that agency.
- Interns who previously participated in the program may seek an internship in 2016 provided that they work for a different agency.
All 2016 internship positions have been filled.
