We offer two plans to help your company achieve the best volunteer service experience.

Plan A: General Referrals, Questions and Feedback

Volunteer Houston's Corporate Services division is able to assist you with finding volunteer service projects that meet the requirments for your corporation and the needs of your employees.  We can offer you a list of opportunities and agencies that you can contact to request information to plan a volunteer service project for your group. There is no fee involved in this and we simply need to hear from you so we can provide a list of opportunities for you to follow up with. Call us to find out more!

Plan B: Project Management From Volunteer Houston

Another opportunity we offer businesses and corporations is our "Project Managment Progam" this is a fee-based service that takes the work, planning and details off of the business and all details are handled from start to finish by one of our project staff managers. This allows you to communicate, plan and work solely with one of our staff members while we do the work to help you achieve the goals for the project.  

Our Project Management includes the following services:

  • Identify a community project based on specific requests, guidelines and needs.
  • Develop a plan for the project. What cause, purpose and mission will be served.
  • Manage all communications between corporation and nonprofit agency.
  • Manage event budget for project supplies and day of supplies for volunteers.
  • Coordinate any site visits and introducation calls.
  • Create and set the Run Of Show/Schedule for the project.
  • Handle company advertising and promotions for the project.
  • Handle and follow up with all closing reports, impact statements and photos.

The fee for Project Management depends on the size of your group, amount of time spent on project, and any additional needs you have or would like for your group.

Services can be contracted for a reasonable fee. Call us to find out more!
