Service Projects 2 Go

We created Service Projects 2 Go for companies with limited resources and smaller budgets as a practical way to meet your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals for the community and for your employees. Each Service Project 2 Go (SP2G) consists of any number of themed kits developed by Volunteer Houston in collaboration with hundreds of nonprofit organizations serving the Greater Houston area. The kits are designed to meet the needs of their clients.

Fees + Optional Add On’s

Kit Costs

We provide an estimated cost per kit in our promotions. However, you have the ability to customize the items in each kit to fit your budget. We will propose a final cost per kit for your review and approval based on your needs and preferences.

Shipping Costs

If materials cannot be personally delivered to you or the benefiting nonprofit(s) by a VH team member you are asked to pay exact shipping costs or use your company’s shipping account with a provider such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.

One Time Coordination Fee | $1,500+

This one-time fee per project includes a dedicated VH staff member who will work with you to customize your SP2G project to fit your CSR goals and budget, the coordination of supply acquisition, and the facilitation of a structured service reflection experience for your employees. It’s more than a kit assembly project!

OPTIONAL | Personal Project Boxes, $31 ea

This fee is only necessary if you opt to ship project boxes to individual employees. VH will count, sort and prepare a SP2G project box for each corporate volunteer to assemble a pre-determined number of SP2G kits.
